The Job

o      Works as part of a development team using Agile Scrum practices

o      Research new technologies, solve technical issues and propose solutions

o      Work with customer technical architect to build and implement high performance and high availability VoIP Call Center Platform based on Asterisk

o      Develop and execute unit test to ensure coding changes adhere to functional requirements and technical specifications.

o      Mentor junior developers.

o      Be able to prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into high quality products is a plus.

o      Be able to review source code and break tasks for team member

Your Skills and Experience

Technical:

 

o      3+ years of experience in SIP, VoIP, Asterisk development

o      Experience with WebRTC

o      Familiar with high availability and clustering tools on Linux like: keepalived, haproxy…

o      Familiar with docker, container and cloud services like Azure / AWS is a plus

o      Experience in Web system design and Web-based application development is a plus: nodejs, mariadb, reactjs, bootstrap

Non-technical

 

o      Willingness and ability to thrive in a fast paced and agile development environment

o      Good problem solving skill

o      Be able to work under deadline pressure

o      Proactive in work

o      Good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
