The Job

Your Skills and Experience

Mandatory skills

•     German speaking is required

•     A degree would be nice, however passion, attitude, and experience matter more.

•     Good English communication skills,

•     2+ years’ Project Management or technical leadership experience in Web and Software Development

•     Strong technical background (ideally in PHP, JavaScript)

•     Entrepreneurial mindset.

•     Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities to understand the true needs and problems of your customers.

•     Developing a vision for the direction of the product.

•     Good negotiation skill and project management skills

•     Agile methodology

•     Interested in traveling and visiting our customers on-site

Big Plus

•     Big Data, NoSQL, Redis

•     Agile Methods/ SCRUM

•     Strong background in UI/UX Design with a thorough knowledge of UX/UI standards, design principles, and usability factors

•     AWS
